¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp’s almost 20-year partnership with the American Red Cross creates giving and volunteering opportunities for team members to help meet the critical need for blood donations, disaster relief efforts, and global stewardship. This partnership empowers our team members, who are always ready to lend a helping hand, to take action with a trusted global organization. Whether local blood drives or disaster relief funding, the call to action from the American Red Cross is as immediate as the aid provided; for our team members, making a tangible impact that saves lives is fulfilling and meaningful.​

At many project sites and office locations, ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp hosts blood donation drives. In 2024, over 140 team members donated blood at 10 different blood drives, including at our Headquarters in Minnesota, and on project sites in Utah, Nebraska, and Georgia. At our project sites, trade partners are invited to participate, increasing our impact and reinforcing our culture of giving back on our jobsites. Hosting quarterly drives also provides a consistent donor base for the American Red Cross. ​

Our partnership extends beyond blood drives, as team members raised funds for disaster relief to support victims of the spring storms and floods, tornados, and hurricane relief, to support the mobilization of this trusted partner in numerous communities in need. Overall, team members across 16 offices participated in giving and volunteering opportunities with the American Red Cross in 2024.
