During Construction Safety Week each year we join construction professionals around the U.S. to recognize safety as the foundation for everything we do, and this year marks a decade of working together to promote a safer industry. As the chair of 2024 Safety Week we are proud to continue the Safety Week mission to bring every team member home safely each day to their loved ones. This year's theme of Value Every Voice reminds us to encourage and listen to new ideas helping to ensure that each team member feels empowered to own safety in their workplace building a stronger, more inclusive culture that inspires and impacts the future of the construction industry.
