This 212-acre ballpark has 10,000 stadium seats, 3,000 lawn seats, and parking for 5,000 vehicles. Twelve practice fields, batting tunnels with artificial turf - 4 major league and 8 minor league - are situated on the site along with 5 separate clubhouse buildings that house the L. A. Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox.

Facilities contain over 300 player lockers, 5,000 square foot weight rooms, training/therapy facilities, and a diet nutrition area. The facility is connected by a 1,300-foot-long lake system with a river in between, separating the two teams’ practice fields, yet is connected by urban trails.

In addition to fan and player amenities, ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp constructed an infrastructure improvements package that will provide water, reclaimed water, sewer, and roadway infrastructure to meet the needs of the facility.

¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp has been fantastic to work with and they're absolute professionals.
