¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp was selected by Fairview Health Services to develop and build a 22,000 square foot medical office building adjacent to the Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center campus in Wyoming, Minnesota. ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp worked collaboratively with the Fairview team to assess current and future space needs, and the decision was made to plan for a multi-phased development. Phase one of the medical office building opened in 2004 and the most recent phase is a premier specialty clinic that offers custom orthotics and prosthetics services and also features a home medical equipment store. The new facility was built to accommodate additional floors to house a future surgical center and MRI.Ìý
