Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest (JAUM) has remodeled a new headquarters in St. Paul. The new Junior Achievement James R. and Patricia Hemak Experiential Learning Center house administrative offices and three learning labs:

The new facility helps JAUM meet new demands for program expansion, operating needs, technology upgrades, and continue providing programs to local schools at little or no cost. Construction involved the renovation of three floors of the building, including complete new mechanical and electrical systems.
2018 Finance and Commerce Top Projects Award
Junior Achievement James R. and Patricia Hemak Experiential Learning Center was recognized by Finance & Commerce in their annual Top Projects Series. The project was judged for its degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.
