The Benjamin D. Hall Interdisciplinary Research Building was built primarily for laboratory/office use and can accommodate tenants of practically any size and every research need. All building systems were designed to allow tenants space flexibility for their respective research needs. ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp delivered the facility under a fast-track, Design-Build-Operate-Maintain approach and will fulfill all operations and maintenance needs in the facility for the next 30 years. The project achieved LEED® Gold Certification and was the 2007 recipient of the BIM Award for “Design/Delivery Process Innovation Using BIM." This project also included the build-out and TI of six labs inside the building.
