Ben joined ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp in 2010, and currently serves as a Project Executive for our Phoenix office.ÌýOverÌýthe past 13Ìýyears, BenÌýhas developed high-performing, collaborative, and efficient teams that provide customers with a far superior experience.ÌýÌýHe provides overall leadership on complex, fast track projects in the Valley, andÌýestablishes project objectives. He notablyÌýled the implementation of Flow Scheduling (Takt Time Planning), an approach toÌýstructuring, assigning, and managing work to create reliable, predictable workflow, on the first project in Phoenix, which is now a standard and value driver on all ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp Phoenix projects.Ìý
Since moving to Phoenix from Minneapolis, Ben has successfully delivered innovative solutions on several landmark projects like the SRP PAB Betterments project and the under-construction ASU Multi-Purpose Arena.Ìý
