Jack ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp joined ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp Properties in 2023 as an Asset Manager responsible for oversight of the Denver portfolio. Jack works closely with MPI’s partners in the region to execute on the development, stabilization and ongoing operations for a portfolio of 2.5 million square feet in operating properties and 270 acres of land for development. Before joining ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp Properties, Jack spent 4+ years in New York City working primarily at property technology company VTS, with prior experience in capital markets and investments roles.
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University and is an active member of ULI’s Colorado chapter. Outside of work, Jack enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time outdoors with his girlfriend and their dog.
