Matt Tobin is an Asset Management Executive with ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp Properties. Matt joined in 2023 with a focus on ground up development, redevelopment, and stabilization of existing assets. In addition, Matt helps to drive the sustainability strategy and infusion into MPI’s portfolio. Prior to joining ¾º²Ê×ãÇòapp Properties, Matt was a founding Partner at 45 North Group and Senior Advisor at Cresa Minneapolis where he developed a deep background in management, renewable energy consulting, investment real estate, development, corporate real estate, and real estate brokerage.Ìý
Matt received a Finance degree from the University of Vermont. When he’s not in the office, he’s typically outdoors with his family (wife and two boys) or adding to his ever-changing vinyl record collection.   Ìý
